Also the mixing blades effect positive feeding into extruder thus eliminating special feeding devices required otherwise. Yet another advantage of Mixtruder lies when material is very sticky and is difficult to discharge by normal method of tilting the container.In certain cases due to hazardous nature of the material,it may be undesirable to physically handle the material for complete discharge. As discharge of material takes place without tilting the container, wear and tear is considerably reduced in case of large units and the system becomes compact resulting in space saving.
